I love Express Hockey because I learn new things every time I hit the ice. The coaches are nice and they feel like a bunch of Dads to me. I have learned to be a team player, to work hard and give it my all. I have been lucky to get to go to lots of fun tournaments and meet a lot of new friends. Samuel Oliver (Quispamsis, NB) – 2004 Player
The first time I went on the ice with Express I was not the best player, but the coaches still expected me to always work hard. They said that if I worked hard and listened I would get better. They were right as I have gotten better and learned how to work hard and compete. Express is fun and I have made many new friends and played in some great tournaments in some cool places.
